Health risks associated with Menopause Type® Four may include osteoporosis and heart disease, as well as memory problems. Since estradiol plays an important role in blood glucose metabolism, there is also increased risk of insulin resistance and blood sugar disorders. Risks associated with insulin resistance include increased risk of heart disease, diabetes and endometrial cancer.
Determination of this menopause type® is made through the use of the Menopause Type® Questionnaire, and/or lab tests.
